Chemo
Dir. Bartosz Prokopowicz , 2015

It’s a story about the extraordinary love of two young people balancing on the border between life and death. The originator of the film was Magda Prokopowicz who died in 2012, president of the Rak’n’Roll Foundation (Cancer’n’Roll). Although the film is inspired by events from her life, as the creators reserve it is not a biographical film, as the script evolved into a universal story about love, which is not a documentary record of Magda’s life.
“Chemo is first and foremost a film about love, it is a story of an extraordinary feeling, maturing and searching for one’s own identity, a film for all those who believe that love is the most important thing in life.”
